Kidbox Review and Discount Code

Have you signed up for Kidbox yet? If not, this is the perfect time. Back to School boxes are about to be shipped! Kidbox is a subscription service that sends your kids a seasonal box of clothes. You fill out your child's profile, including personality, style and sizes. Kidbox sends your child a box of clothing, containing 5-7 pieces of clothing that you both will love. You have 7 days for your child to try things on and decide if they're perfect. If there is something that you don't like, you can return it. If there is something that doesn't fit, they'll swap it for you. After 7 days, you'll are only charged for what you keep. It's a pretty great way to shop for your kids!!

I ordered summer boxes for my boys a while back, and I've already ordered Back to School boxes from Kidbox. For summer, I wanted to make sure that my boys had play clothes, so I chose athletic style clothing.

My younger son, Hudson will be 8 in October, but he is a little short for his age (he is my son, after all). I ordered him a size 7 for tops and bottoms. Since this was our first Kidbox, I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't disappointed!

The first item in Hudson's summer box was an athletic tee by STX. It fit perfectly, and we loved it. It goes with so much, and he loves wearing it.

The next two items were by Reebok, a pair of athletic shorts and a performance tee. This outfit is awesome. It looks so cute on him, and it's a perfect summer outfit. The shorts are a tiny bit long, but since they are more of a lacrosse short, they look perfect. Hudson has spilled on this shirt a few times, and he got paint on it at camp. Unfortunately, it was always in the white area. The paint was the same turquoise color (go figure), but luckily, everything washed out.

The next item in Hudson's Kidbox was another athletic tee by STX. It is cute, Hudson loves it, and it goes with everything.

The last shirt in the summer box was another tee by STX. This was a cotton tee rather than an athletic tee. We all love this shirt. Maybe it's that it is a cotton tee, but it's just really versatile and easy to wear. My husband loves STX because it reminds him of the days when he played lacrosse. Super comfy, super cute, super studly.

The next item was a pair of shorts by Reebok. They are perfect summer play shorts. Navy blue goes with pretty much every gray or white graphic tee that Hudson owns. They are also easy to wash and comfortable.

The final item in the box was a swimsuit and rash guard set by Pipeline. The boys take swimming lessons, and they also go to a day camp that has weekly trips to the pool or water park, so these were a summer necessity. I like how the swim trunks have a little pocket that closes with Velcro. It is a good place to put snack bar money, because honestly, if put anywhere else, they would lose it!

So, Hudson's Kidbox was a huge win. We happily kept every single item. They have seriously been his summer wardrobe, and they still all look fantastic. I know that summer is coming to an end, and I am super delayed getting this out (I'm definitely busier in the summer, which surprised me a bit, but I've spent the entire summer in the car!), but the heat will still be with us for a while. We may tuck in a shirt, or opt for a different pair of shorts or shirt here and there, but all of the pieces in Hudson's
Kidbox will still get a lot of wear. He also wrestles in the winter, and many of these will be worn to practice in wrestling season.

The entire box was only $98! Plus, Kidbox makes a donation of new clothing to a kid in need when you keep the entire box. Kidbox Cares is dedicated to providing new clothing to children of needy families. You can visit for information. Pretty fantastic.

We were so unbelievably happy with Hudson's summer Kidbox, and we can't wait to see what they pack in his Back to School box. I changed his style from athletic to All-American kid for school clothes. Obviously, I recommend Kidbox without hesitation. Their clothing and choices were absolutely perfect. When you sign up for their mailing list, you'll get $10 off your first box.
