Memebox Special #7 Milk Box Review and August Discount

I was recently contacted by Memebox (pronounced Mi-mi-Box) to see I would be interested in reviewing one of their K-beauty boxes. I had seen Memebox, and was hoping that I would get a chance to try one of their boxes. I love Korean beauty products, and I'm always excited to try something new.

Memebox(us.memebox.com), is a  Korean beauty box and e-commerce retailer that has created different beauty boxes for K-beauty lovers. Memebox isn't actually a subscription box, so you can decide when and what you want to purchase. Memebox ships directly from Korea, and ships to 45 different countries, but they cater mainly to US clients.

Memebox carries 4 main types of beauty boxes-

Memebox: The original Memebox comes packed with 4-8 full size products and deluxe samples.

Memebox Special Editions: Memebox special edition comes packaged with 4-8 full size products and deluxe samples that meet specific needs or concerns.

Superbox: Superbox was inspired by Memebox lovers who are looking for full-sized products catered to specific needs. Each Superbox series comes with its own special theme, or to meet specific needs.

Luckybox: Luckybox was created to give everyone a different and unique box full of their favorite products for you to feel lucky and special. Each Luckybox is unique and is filled with 4-8 full sized products and deluxe samples.

Memebox sent me their Special #7 Milk Box to review. Memebox Milk Box is one of Memebox Special Editions which is curated with special themes, and contain the best K-beatuy items. Milk box contains products with milk ingredients which are helpful for making your skin radiant. Milk has healing properties that repairs sun damaged skin, prevents premature aging, and also provides abundant nutrients for a youthful look.

This was the entire contents of the box at a glance. I was pretty excited right away. I've never tried any of the brands before, and they all smelled great! I also have sensitive skin, and the products seemed like they would be soothing.

The first product was Bubble Bath Steam Milk by Hello Everybody. This had a great light vanilla fragrance, and contains almond oil, chamomile and rosemary leaf extract to soften and nourish the skin. The packet should have probably been for one bath only, but my son wanted a bubble bath, so he enjoyed the Steam Milk as well!

The next product in the box was a bottle of Hello Everybody Nature Holic Body Lotion in Milk Scent. I like products that have pumps, so immediately that was something I liked. I know it's silly, but I don't like putting my fingers in things! This lotion is all natural, made from organic goat's milk, aloe vera, honey, lemon balm, and spearmint extract. It made my skin so soft, and it absorbed quickly without leaving me sticky at all.

The next item was a Chamomile Milk scented jar of Pure Smile's Choosy Lip Scrub. This contains sugar, peach extracts, milk protein extracts, chamomile extract and bees wax. It sloughs off dry skin from lips and leaves behind softer lips with a bit of a luster.

The next item in the Milk Box was a Milk Mask Pack by Pure Smile. It's a sheet mask that you put onto a cleansed face. The milk protein nutrients hydrate and smooth uneven skin texture. I had never used a sheet mask before, and it felt a little strange to me. I left it on for about 15 minutes, and I actually preferred it when it came time for mask removal. It was so much less messy. It left my skin feeling super soft.

The next product in the box was a Donkey Milk and Argan Oil Steam Cream by Skin Ceramic. I was super excited about the steam cream, but I wasn't too sure about the Donkey Milk. When I tried it though, I loved the whipped-cream like texture. Donkey milk is actually more nutritious than cow or goat's milk. It moisturized my super dry skin easily, but it was still very light weight.

The next item was Enesti Rice and Milk Foaming Cleanser. This is made with mineral rich hot spring water, and it's packed with rice and milk extracts. I noticed that it gave a deep clean, but also left my face feeling soft. Sometimes deep cleansers can dry out my face, but this did not.

The last item in the box was Pure Smile's Choosy Lip Pack in Milk. To be honest, I had never seen anything like this before! It's a mask for your lips, and it's almost like a patch or sticker that you put on your lips. It's loaded with milk protein extracts to strengthen the moisture level if your lips. You leave the mask on for about 15 minutes, and then pat in the remainder once you remove the mask. I wasn't able to keep the mask on for more than about 5 minutes before my lips began to itch. I can be sensitive to products, so it happens from time to time. They were very soft though!!
